Services like http://www.hotxt.co.uk/ and http://www.cellity.com/
install a java client on the handsets to send messages.
What I can't understand is how they can call the target no with a short
alert message telling the recipient they have one waiting. Its a regular
short recorded message. I would have thought the operators would not
like this. How do you call a mobile anywhere in the world like this for
free? Thanks.
