Kannel autenticate ucp connections

Hi all, I'm trying to configure  kannel in this day and I don't know if 
kannel can help me.
I have a content provider which would like to autenticate to my kannel 
server using ucp and I have to  forward messages to a smsc server.
Looking in the documentation I saw that I can't do this with kannel is 
it correct (I can use kannel to make connection to a smsc not work as 
smsc server)? If yes do you know a kannel addon or another software 
which can do this ?
