Hi,

I wonder why you need patching kannel if you use CVS?
Kannel CVS version uses UTF-8 as default charset. And if you need to send
greek chars you just should either use UTF-8 or define charset cgi variable
in your request.

e.g. to send ? (Delta) you do:

lynx 'http://ip:port?...&text=%e2%88%86&;...'
