when i did this i had kannel forward the request to a PHP script which
logged into a2billing using cURL to initiate the callback the same as a
person would. you need to match up mobile number to a record in the
cc_card table though.

a customer is able to SMS a phone number to a number on which kannel is

using web callback. I have web callbacks already configured.
