I am trying to send Unicode messages to kannel using xml post. I am using the cvs version but I see in the log files the following
Failed to convert string from <UTF-8> to <UTF-16BE>, errno was <84> What could this mean. I am using utf-8 which I think is the encoding that kannel cvs uses internally.
