Hi,

   Just install Tambur and configure it on some port. lets say your
configured it on 81 Port.

 # SMS SERVICE GET-URL EXAMPLE
 group = sms-service
 keyword = default
 #get-url = "http://localhost:81/tambur/api/sms";
 #get-url =
http://localhost:81/tambur/api/sms?to=%p&l=test&p=test&msg=%a&msisdn=%P

get-url=http://localhost:81/tambur/api/wappush?l=test&p=test&msisdn=%P&msg=Download+HelloWorld&from=+919948000000&href=http://localhost:8080/provisioning-portal-webapp/adapter/midp?fid=b08404a4-ab4c-470d-9146-f0ca3ffb6277&type=jar
 omit-empty = true
 text = "Hello World"

You can use any get-url according to whatever you want to send whether a sms
or a wap
