Require Second while Submit SMS on SMSC

Hello,

 

I m using Kannel 1.4.1, when we submit SMS to SMSC, In the delivery report
we are getting time as 0710231108.

 

Here we are not getting Seconds in time, is there any parameter in
Kannel/SMPP with which we can fetch the Second from SMSC in Delivery Report.
