Hello all,

Does someone has some experience with the mecanisme of the retry when kannel
retries a sms on an smsc/modem and should send it to a url that has been
specified in the documentation :

http-request-retry : If set, specifies how many retries should be performed
for failing HTTP requests of sms-services. Defaults to 0, which means no
retries should be performed and hence no HTTP request queuing is done.

http-queue-delay : If set, specifies how many seconds should pass within the
HTTP queuing thread for retrying a failed HTTP request. Defaults to 10 sec.
and is only obeyed if http-request-retry is set to a non-zero value.
max-pending-requests: number of messages
Maximum number of pending MO or DLR messages that are handled in parallel.
(Default: 512)

imagine a sms service which url is http://somewhere?t=%s
<http://somewhere?t=%s&;> &...

I understand that kannel is retrying to reach the distant server
(somewhere) each N secondes for M times when receive an MO.

What happen after ?

Does some people have some experience about the max number of pending
message ?

Regards
