to anyone who downloaded the PHP class, i've just updated it. i realised
not long after i posted those messages that it was the wrong version,
which wasn't using the cache properly.
i also realised as i was adding in charlie's update that there need to be
some means of discovering when the file had changed, so i've added a
serial number as the first line of the file.
if you want to implement this for your system, i would recommend caching
the file locally rather than hitting my server every time as it will slow
you down.
you can check the serial daily or so to check for updates.
