Hello list, at the moment we are creating a scenario to recieve and send SMS messages with kannel 1.4.1 (OS SuSE-Linux 10.2) whith a parallel connect to 5 SMS-centers. All basics are working fine.
The incoming SMS messages are forwarded to a WEB server, for this the following options are set: get-url = "http://fe .......... http-request-retry = 70000 http-queue-delay = 30 also a store-file value is set: store-file = /SMSstorage/sms.save BUT: If I now stop the web server, kannel is trying every 30 seconds up to 70000 times to forward the SMS, but at this time the SMS queue value is always 0: " SMS: received 8 (0 queued), sent 5 (0 queued), store size 0 " Is there a missunderstanding with the queue on my side? At what point the kannel queue will get filled? If the kannel queue is not used at a point the get-url web server could not be reached, what will be happen when at this time the kannel services are stopped?
