as far as I know, AT commands get the time from the device its ME realtime clock

but in DLR SMS I believe the timestamp inprints could be the value you are 
searching for.

get the current date and time of the ME real-time clock. String format \
for date/time is: "yy/MM/dd,hh:mm:ss". Valid years are 98 (for 1998) to 97 (for
