obviously your SMPP provider doesn't allow you to bind for a receiver session.
But they you have no chance to receive DLRs.
So it's either:
a) you need to bind via transceiver mode to have a send/receive session within
one logical TCP connection and hence get DLRs.
b) you are simply now allowed to have a receiver session -> no DLRs possible. ->
go and kick your SMPP provider.
