What is the problem??
It means the DLR told you that your SMSC accepting your MT message.
You can either wait for the final DLR (type 1 or 2) or ask your
operator whether DLR type 1 or 2 is supported.
In my experience there are operators that not send this type of DLR
and MT Submit status is embeded in DLR type 8.

Turn on debug for ur SMSC to monitor what happens to ur sent message.
You will see what dlr URL Kannel is trying to call.
Also watch your access log.

(dlr-mask=7) and add the dlr-url field
