Does anyone know how to instruct (perhaps AT command or PDU parameter) a GSM SMSC (phone/modem) to request DLR from GSM network when sending MT?
By default the modem doesn't receive the a delivery report from operator when the message is delivered to the target mobile phone. Thanks
