ERRNO 5, eror msg while usin N70 wit CA-53

Hi ALL, 
i tried usin N70 as virtual SMSC wit CA-53 cable. i got the fallowing error

ERROR: AT2[/dev/ttyACM0]: open failed! ERRNO=5
