we have a DBPool for the MS SQL server in fact. Rene included it for it's
'sqlbox' CVS module. It would need refinement and then could be included to the
mainline 'gateway' CVS module.
If you would volunteer to pick it up and incubate it to our existing DBPool
abstraction layer, provide a patch, I'm willing to review and commit.
