I have some problems understanding the PPG in general.
I am able to send a push with a PAP and and a SI part via the wap-push
cgi interface of kannel.
But how are these messages addressing a dedicated UA constructed, when
using the wap-push.cgi interface from kannel ?
Maybe you got an example for me ? :-)
