The "smsbox_list empty" message indicates that bearerbox doesn't know where to send this message to.
Your conf looks fine at first sight. Have you tried matching a specific keyword, or removing the catch-all variable (default should work anyway). Also, try replacing the get-url with: text = "Hello world" So you can rule out some problem with the http libraries.
