hi all,

so! it's been a while. many of you sent through your updates to the mobile number validation format and i think it's pretty obvious that i don't have time even to really add these into the file myself...

so i've setup anonymous CVS access so that we can all maintain our own countries ourselves. i've detailed the procedure in this blog entry:

http://www.workingsoftware.com.au/index.php?h=WebLog&author_id=1&entry_id=75

i think having the file publicly editable via CVS means that we'll see participation in the maintenance increase significantly! if anyone would like to contribute their code to the validation class (i've written a PHP5 one which you can access via anonymous CVS as described in that blog entry) please feel free to forward your code on and i'll 1) put that code into the CVS repository for the MobileNumberValidation project and 2) give you a CVS login shell on my CVS server so you can keep your code up to date.

thanks to everyone who's contributed so far, sorry it took me so long to get around to setting this up. hopefully now this project actually takes form to become a useful resource we can all take advantage of.

cheers
iain dooley
