The best to do would be:You can write your scripts in shell or perl or any
other scripting language.
You "crontab" them, to run every minute. However, for them to run, they must
wait some notification. It would be, an information file. If there's a
special keyword in the information file, then the script will continue to
execute (administrating/accessing) your server you want to administer. If
there's no keyword, then it stops
Then, from your kannel, you'll send an sms containing the keyword. Your php
will be responsible to put the keyword in the init file.
To ensure that your scritp doesn't run continuously, just after it has
exectuded, it will clean the information file.
And also, when it has finished, it will send you a notification by sms,
using kannel.
Also, bear in mind that yo can do a limited number of administrative tasks.
by this manner.
