I noticed a big amount of queue in my kannel.
SMPP:mblox.com:1234/1234:user:user1 (online 13013s, rcvd 8861, sent
2502, failed 19, queued 22028 msgs)
I also noticed that the rate of messages was really slow. I decided
to stop the SMSC and start it again via HTTP admin. The page was just
waiting. I took a look at the bearerbox and noticed the following
error:

After I restarted the application, I noticed a slight increase in the
rate of MT. But then it went down and I'm still seeing them in the
queue.
Is there something wrong in the way I setup kannel?
