Wahib The dlr-url is only required if you want kannel to update YOUR sms application so you need to create your own dlr.php, dlr.py or dlr.pl (or whatever programing language you use) to suit your app specs, DB, flat file, etc. Then you can use this updated info for statistics, billing, etc.
