The way i understand it, a normal udh should be: (e.g. %05%00%03%AF%03%01)
05 - IEI Information Element Identifier, 5 Decimal
00 - IEI Information Element Identifier, 0 Decimal
03 - IEDL Information Element Data Length, 3 Decimal
AF,03,01 – IED Information Element Data as 3 Octets
But then I got the following...
