xml -> multiple hexadecimal wbxml sms tool ?

Does anybody know a little tool (in c or php) to compile (OMA) xml
content to multiple hexadecimal wbxml sms ? 

This means xml -> "big" wbxml -> "big" hexadecimal wbxml -> multiple
small hexadecimal wbxml (with correct udh)

(big is > 140 bytes)
