It seems that Kannel is not able to parse this particular DLR. If your SMSC continues to send such DLR formats, it may be a good idea to make modifications to the way Kannel parses your particular brand of delivery receipts. Please take a look at smsc_smpp.c for clues. Also, if this happens often enough with certain vendors, wouldn't it be a good idea to add an option for storing delivery receipts without doing look ups?
