Hi,

I've recently noticed that the only way to set the dlr-mask is by means of
the "dynamic" interfaces (HTTP, XML, etc) but it's not possible to set it
on, say, an SMSC connection. At the same time, the dlr-url can be set on
those connections.

This doesn't make sense IMHO, since usually the dlr-url requires a dynamic
component (the "id" used to track the DLR on other systems) while the
dlr-mask can be usually set to a static value on a given SMSC and rest
untouched.

Is there any reason for this? Otherwise I could try writing a patch to add
dlr-mask as a parameter to the relevant groups (sendsms-user and smsc for
instance).
