looking for tester to
1. use multiple clients to connect to our smpp server and check
- server send deliver_sm and receive deliver_sm_resp properly
- help benchmark how fast server can process sms
2. our server will connect upstream to your test servers
-->client(s) --> our smpp server --> connect to your smpp servers
- check sms incremented sent is correct
3. help find trigger bug that common in smpp server
4. test also when upstream (your smpp servers down) what will happen to our
smpp server
