This is your own app control.
Kannel dlr is mainly a kannel temporary storage of sent messajes waiting for
a delivery status from network.
When kannel receive the final dlr status, then, it deletes the
corresponding reccord.
So, depending on your needs you can either parse access logs or store by
yourself the messages you sent to kannel and put in the dlr a reference to
your message in your table.
