Hello,

I saw the post on webbased gui and same remark, I'm using 'monit' which a
good way to have monitoring on a machine and services such web, ftp, log
size...etc. Is is possible to have a link to your nagios scripts ?
I will appreciate a lot.

For rajashanmugam email, I think the remark from the community is clear :
send us some link or don't spam us with 'commercial link', there is a
mailing list specialised in that and you could use it.

Best regards

Subject: Re: webbased gui for monitoring Kannel architecture

well,

this is the third similar post for the web based gui so far lot of ppl
indicated interest to give it a try.
and so far there are no results posted back.

web based gui managing the entire Kannel is a bit non relevant to me.
Kannel has its own built in administrative web based interface.
I doubt you perform remote Kannel config management, new services activation
and cold restart.
If you do, it will be interesting to be seen.

All you may implement is parsing the kannel admin and providing some fancy
css over the results.

Have to say I have estimated Opensource NMS.
My choice is Nagios, much more flexible and able to monitor Kannel in all
its aspects, including sqlbox and smmpbox.
I create and implement new monitoring plugin in minutes.

Anyway, I will be glad to see real feedbacks pasted here even the whole idea
is a try to sell the application.

cheers
