Hello, I saw the post on webbased gui and same remark, I'm using 'monit' which a good way to have monitoring on a machine and services such web, ftp, log size...etc. Is is possible to have a link to your nagios scripts ? I will appreciate a lot.

Kannel has its own built in administrative web based interface. I doubt you perform remote Kannel config management, new services activation and cold restart. If you do, it will be interesting to be seen. All you may implement is parsing the kannel admin and providing some fancy css over the results. Have to say I have estimated Opensource NMS. My choice is Nagios, much more flexible and able to monitor Kannel in all its aspects, including sqlbox and smmpbox. I create and implement new monitoring plugin in minutes.
