The SMSC message id issue was not a limitation on SQLBox, but on Kannel
itself. It was fixed on CVS a few weeks ago.

SQLBox is still lacking the extra field needed to carry the info, I'll fix
that as soon as I settle up (I've recently moved to Barcelona and I'm still
a little overwhelmed :P).
