Hello all, My question concern SSL/TLS connection between bearerbox and SMSC. Is it possible without additional tools?
Test provider that I use now (E2E) support SSLv3 on gw2.promessaging.net:7006 but when I simply switch port number from 7004 (unencrypted) to 7006 (encrypted) it generates I/O error and retry login after 10s I found in past messages this information: http://www.kannel.org/pipermail/users/2007-April/001986.html As far as I understood, Kannel natively support SSLv3/TLSv2, but it is not clear for me - Can I connect to SMSC over encrypted connection without using external tunneling tools like stunnel ?
