Actually you need to do some digging in its User Manual.
If it sports a serial connection to a PC, then propably, yes.
If it sports a USB connection to a PC and there are usb -> serial drivers
for it (for the OS you are using), also propably yes.
In both of these cases, you need to try it using minicom.
Else definitely not.
