Well once everything is setup and working I am going to use an "IP"
Connection.  Right now it is to costly.  Once I get the contract that I am
working on, I will move over to an SMPP provider.  The cheapest one that I
found as of yet was mblox and they want $2000.00/month plus 600./month for a
shortcode.
