Hi, You shoudn't have problems with the list. There were a few last week because of server migration, but all have been corrected since. Try to post and if still having problems, subscribe again.
If you Google you can find several Hex ringtone convertors. Kannel doesn't do it. There was a discussion a month or so ago, about the best tool for this job, but I don't remember details. I am not using kannel for sending ringtones, so I cannot help you more with that.
