Dear Nikos,
I guess I know what going on. Since I check the cell phone spec, Nokia 1606, which I use, I find its browser support WAP 2.0, which can use HTTP proxy directly to be its WAP gateway. (I also used winwap smartphone browser emulator and configured http proxy to kannel and it can't work) And I think it is also the reason why I only can capture packet via filter tcp port 9201, and get nothing via filter udp port 9201 (I'd tried it before). So......how do you think? Is it possible to be the reason why kannel can't work? You only need udp 9200 - 9203 for wap traffic. No tcp and no other ports. I use wireshark on windows, too. If you specify in the filter udp, it will capture udp traffic. I do it all the time.
