Hi, I am using kannel -1.4.3. When I am sending special charecter like " +" , "#" its not delivered to handset.
As previously when we are using kannel-1.4.0, that time in above situation we are maping the values in gwlib/charset.c in latin1_to_gsm[256] function, but in this release there is no such function. Waiting for response to resolve the issue. Regards Jyoti Ranjan Panda
