I am going to need some extra TLV parameters for a new carrier. Is that
meta branch already merged to the normal branch?
Also, this ESME seems to respond other values in in the command_status
field, if the value is not 0x00, there is an error. Is this supported by
Kannel? How kannel report this back to me? Will I receive this right
away, when using the sendsms cgi? So instead of 0: Accepted, it will say
something else?
A little help would be appreciated :-)
