Usually most phones that support poly rt's support wap-push too. And I think it 
is very unlikely that a terminal that supports poly rt's doesn't support 
wap-push.

So market share wouldn't be an issue. Except for the fact that someone may not 
have a data plan. But anyways, probably those clients are not your target.

Better calculate your market share once again...
A sms with UDH has a payload of 133 byte, a midifile has about 8kB,  
that's 60 SMS for one midifile. What's worse for your share? Sending  
one Wappush or 60 binary sms?
