At present kannel supports only 1 address/pap document. If given multiple,
it will just use the last one. AFAIK at present you have to push a seperate
wap for each phone number. You could always write a script to generate the
addresses in a more efficient manner (i.e. from a text file) and initiate
the push, but that would be on your own.
I plan to address that at some point and add multiple address pap support in
kannel.
