Same variables used for GET can be used with POST. You can read the manual for 
details.

solid,it would be over https.A get request spells a lot of issue with security.

    You need to add the variables you need and add them to your url

    something like:

    http://someseervername.com/somefoldername/test.php?sender=%p&msg=%a etc.

    Check manual for available codes
