in my case i have get-url = good+morning and message looks like "good
morning"
maybe you can search answer in recode between octet/septet

I am having problem with meta-data values in kannel... Some of the
meta-data values has special characters in it like '$', '+', '_'... etc
When the meta-data is sent to the application using
get-url =
"http://MO:7080/ooobermoframework/receivemsg.htm?sender=%p&text=%a&shortcode=%P&operatorid=%o&meta-data=%D&smscid=%i";
The value specially "+" sign is appearing as space...
Is there is some problem with my get url... or some way we can encode
them properly...
