Hi,

That's kannel's bread and butter. SMS and concatenation. Check out in the 
manual configuration for sms-service, sendsms-user (concatenation + 
max-messages) and SMSC (max-sms-octets).

  Apologies for the confusion. I was referring to concatenation thing. Like if 
a SMS contains 500 characters, I wish Kannel to break it, append required UDH 
and then send. Also I wish to disable it when required.

    Hi,

    What do you mean multi outbound sms feature? Multiple smscs? Comment out 
the ones you don't want in the configuration, or specify the ones you want in 
your URL. Do you mean concatenation & max-messages?
