Hi Alvaro! Both methods you posted seem to have worked correctly, and been accepted.
So questions: 1) Are you sure Telcel has enabled Wap Push for your bind? 2) Are you sure your cellphone supports Wap Push? 3) If the phone supports it, are you sure it's properly configured to receive Wap Push? Some years ago at least, many phones, specially Motorolas didn't came configured to display Wap Pushes. They really received them, but didn't display them, and you needed to change the Message Browser (or some similar name) configuration. Typical case was the Motorola V3. 4) Are you using a unique ID for each Wap Push? The push-id must be unique, you should not use the same one more than once or it will probably be rejected by the carrier. Probably the same for the si-id, don't remember right now. 5) Would be also a good idea to check the complete debug logs of the Wap Push submition to Telcel, to see if they accepted it. I used this same code with Telcel and Telefonica in Mexico (plus other carriers on other countries) and worked perfectly. So I guess some of my questions may lead to the answer to the problem.
