Hi,
You can check modems.conf for older mobiles that support AT+CNMI in their
init_strings. Dedicated GSM modems (ie Wavecom) are a very good choice and
deliver better reliability with DLRs.

In one of previous messages I mentioned that Nokia 6085 (that we got
in US) does not support sms pooling (AT+CNMI), so Kannel cannot
receive SMSs. Do you have any suggestion for a device provided by any
US carrier that supports it ?
