These are the values that our smc centre gave us for testing.They have come back to me and made me change some other values and now I'm waiting to see if they got the test message.

Hi,Before you got the same exact error. Therefore it was not a question of setting the source address, but rather setting the correct source address. It must be a valid mobile number.
