im trying to pass tariff class and service description data to
binfo but im getting error 314 incorrect service description parameter
usage. upon checking i noticed that binfo parameter length is limited
to 2.
my question what parameter should i use to pass service description data? im
using cimd2 smsc driver and kannel version 1.4.1
