1.4.3, he already wrote that. But that doesn't matter. The limitation
to at least 7 digits is hardcoded in the kannel source. As far as I
know, there is no way around that with configuring.
I replaced the check from 7 to 3 digits in the source code and
compiled a version for myself. It's quite easy, just grep through the
sourcecode for the error string, there are only 2 points where kannel
does perform the check.
