Hi,

Mysql storage is temporary, i.e. used only for processing. You should define an 
external dlr-url in sendsms-service or sendsms-user or the url of the sms 
itself if you need a permanent DLR storage. Note that it is your responsibility 
to provide this external DLR storage. Otherwise you can always get DLRs from 
your bearerbox access logs.
