Hello there! Another question:
Ive set the sms-resend-retry = 2. Thist means, my extern application sends HTTP request to kannel. If the SMSC is down (network error or something like that) kannel retries to resend the sms two additional times. After the second retry failed, kannel discards the sms (I think). So, and now the question: Does Kannel send a notification when it discards the sms? I need to have a notification for my application. At least the application should know, which sms were discarded.
