Actually dlr is supported by smsc_at. The issue is more operator
specific. I do have some of the operators that do send dlr and others
not. Request the dlr and see what you get
Also I noticed that the one that provide dlrs does it not for the
intremediate dlr status but for final statuses (delivered/failed).
Another thing is that I receive most of the final dlrs after
midnigt.... look like the operator queues most the dlrs up to 2am to
send them !!!
